[Zorro Tank]

Nice game!

This was indeed a good game. Im sure everyone who played it really liked it, and if they didnt they probably didnt have a valid reason not to. Well this game was interesting in a way, and definitely fun to play. It was a little frustrating to get used to, but once you did the game was fun. Here is my review.

The graphics were the most impressive things about this game in my opinion. The tank itself was very well animated, i love that shiny look it had, and the same goes for the enemies. The backrounds were always very nice, they were all drawn very smoothly, and they actually added quite a bit to it. The aniamtion suits everything as well. The style for the game was simply good. The animating style was wonderful, and fit in nicely with the game. I liked the idea for the game, but i didnt like how it was difficult to play at first. I prefer games that are easy to learn, but progressively get harder. The difficulty setting was nice though. The sound was good but i felt you could have done a lot more with it. The song was good but it kind of got old quickly on the first level. This game seemed hitech, but the music didnt really fit with it. The sound effects were good though.

Overall this was a great game, and it was definitely fun to play. Im glad it has so much success, it deserves it. Make another game soon, im looking forward to it!

Simply Fantastic!!

You guys have done it again, Alien Hominid and now this masterpiece. I first saw the game was finally out and i was so pumped and excited to play it, didnt know if i could contain myself, and then i had to wait until i got to my friends house! Really there is nothing in the elements i can complain about, obviously absolutely nothing is good enough to be 100% perfect. But this is maybe the closest to perfect i have ever seen a game on Newgrounds get to. This is the very first submission that i can actually give all 10's to in every category while making sense of it all.

The graphics were certainly good enough for a solid 10. There were barely anything i can even comment about. The problems with the graphics were so small that i cant say anything about them, because they no one would understand what im saying. I always look for flaws when playing or watching something. The drawings of everything i could see were so awesome. First, i loved the detail in absolutely everything. The detail made everything look so much better. The backrounds were fantastic, i see how much youve improved Dan, since the online version of alien hominid. All the colours were wonderful and the animation was there to go along with it.

The style of this game is definitely a 10. I had no doubts when i saw the opening cut scene for the game. Your animating style has definitely improved, it was incredible in this game. I love you you constructed the whole game , i mean it was originally as a stress reliever right? But its awesome you added challenges such as Wilbur, the Ninjas and of course Sunchips(who i beat after many tries). I loved the idea for the game, it is fairly simple but it is done so damn well! It is also very funny, who doesnt want to go around beating kids up on the playground?!. The programming was great, i think i have yet to discover all the combos. And lastly i just loved the style of game it was, kind of like alien hominid, and yet even more interactive. Sadly there were a couple glithces, one is if you threw the tanks at wilbur before he finished off knox or whoever it was, you would get stuck and youd have to restart. And Sunchips got stuck on the car sometimes.

The sound was another thing that REALLY impressed me. Dustball, there you are again amazing me with your wide variety of talents. In this case you showed off your music talent. The music was simply perfect for the game. I would definitely listen to it all by itself. It was awesome how during the wilbur battle there it got more intense! The sound effects were really good as well. Some were just hilarious, like the hitting sounds, and some were cool, like the mower noises or the explosions. The sound added so much to this game its amazing.

There was enough violence for a very high score. I mean its all about violence, and thankfully it wasnt gruesome, and yet good enough for a 10. I havent played a game with this much interactivity in a long time, as i said i still have combos to do, and probably secrets to figure out. The humour was awesome in this game too. I mean the shirts, sometimes parts in the graphics, the spray on the wood fence, the soccer players slide tackling you, and the name Sunchips! The list goes on and on!

Overall this game was absolutely fantastic. I have played it so many times up to now to count. Even after youve beat it, you can continue playing it for a long long time. I thank you allfor giving us such fun and amusement yet again,and doing it all in style. I dont like it just because your Tom and Dan, it definitely deserves it. I cant wait for your next console game!!

[3D Frogger]

Awesome game!

Another awesome Games of Gondor game, and another by Glaiel Gamer as well. Wow. Well anyways Games of Gondor have been amongst the most consistant game makers i have seen on the net. And Glaiel, i wasnt expecting such a great game so soon. It wasnt too long since you made your last was it? Either way i loved this. Here is my review.

This game was quite impressive visually. Its not often you see 3D games on Newgrounds, so obviously this came out very fresh and unique to play. The character/Vehicle design was quite cool. I mean they almost looked real in a way, and i see the effort you put into them. What i really liked is how it all ran together smoothly, and on my computer at least it didnt lag. The style of this game was great, i love the style of graphics you used and the idea of making Frogger into 3D is cool. It was a little tough to get the hang of though because you didnt have the typical arial view of frogger games. But once i got going it was a blast. The sound was good, it added a bit to the final product. But there wasnt a big variety in sound effects or in music.

Overall this was an awesome game, very capable of providing amusment to anyone looking for a good game on newgrounds. Games of Gondor hasnt disssapointed yet. Keep it that way guys!

Indeed a great game , and another great submission from you guys. I honestly dont know how you do it. After an amazing series, Over There, you guys can impress me yet again, except with an awesome game this time. Im starting to respect you guys and your consistant effors even more than i did before. I hope this isnt the last thing you both make as a team. Here is my review.

The graphics were pretty good. I wasnt expecting much from a simple game but you made it surprisingly cool. I loved the smooth feel to it all. They were simple for sure, but you really made them add to the final product very positively. The style was awesome in this game for quite a few reasons. Often with such simple yet addiciting games the graphics are almost nothing, but you guys even put some effort into that. The idea for the game is quite simple, but in cases like this the simplicity is key. It makes it addicting and almost always a blast to play. This game is simple, easy to learn, and indeed a huge blast to play. The song was awesome, i really love it. Way to go on this dustball, i think i remember this from the Over There series. All your music is awesome.

Overall another awesome submission from Dustball and gel. You guys havent yet failed to impress me. Gel you are officially in my favourite authors and Dustball you moved up. I have respect for all the hard work you guys have done, dont make this the last thing.

Very nice.

This was great game, and its totally understandable how this won daily feature. There were some other good things, and they all deserved it. I liked this game, its good to hear it was only for experimental purposes, because that means you are capable of making much better games, and im looking forward to seeing some of those. Here is my review.

The graphics were great, your animating style really REALLY reminds me of gel's which is a good thing. I loved the drawings of the characters and the backrounds as well. Sometimes they were detailed and a lot of the time they didnt really need to be. The backrounds were often good too, i liekd when it went to the outside scene. I think the beginning part needs some colours to make it a bit for exciting. The animation really topped graphics off nicely. The style was good but i did have a few problems with it. The animating style was very nice, the idea for the game was too. But the game was too short, i know you said you know its short. And there wasnt quite enough to it, in terms of variation in enemies and things you can do. The sound was good, well what ever you had. Often the game seemed to be missing something on occasion. The guns sounds were all cool, but you need music and perhaps other sounds you can think of.

Overall this was a great game, its a shame it ended so quickly but it was fun while it lasted. I hope you can make a full version of this game sometime. I hope this isnt the last good thing you make! 4/5

Nice game!

This was indeed a very good game. I think this is one of those one of the games or movies that you just cant hate. It was fun for a little while for me, but each level didnt quite vary enough from the previous one. Still a good game with each aspect done quite well. Here is my review.

The graphics while they were satisfying could have been a bit better. The characters were ok, a little simple but cool. I liked the idea of a grid, its just fit with the game. The animation was good, but even when your character wasnt moving his legs were and that looked a tad awkward. Solid graphics overall. The style of this game was good, but i would have liked it if you had more of an animating style going on. The idea for the game was good, pretty original and fairly creative as well. The sound just topped if off and made me like it just that much more. Nice work.

Overall this was a very good game and it provided a lot of amusement, and it was just a solid game. I hope you can make another game soon! Keep it up! 4/5

Okay im good now. That fast paced action really took a toll on me! I cant believe you were able to make a game so faced paced, action packed and wild, and on top of all that made everything else you would want in a game. Im glad this was the same as your other games yet different. I reviewed some of your other submissions saying i didnt particularily like the wacky, out of control action, and the colourful wacky graphics. This one had all thatr yet it seemed refined and i truely loved it. This is quite possilby your best game, and my favourite of yours that i have played. Well here is my review.

The graphics were awesome indeed. They were just about perfect for this type of game. The drawings were great, i loved the main character design, he is quite original. I also loved the enemy design, again it they were just about perfect for this type of game, not only because the main character is an indian, but they also went with the fast paced action. The lines throughout really helped make the fast feel, i thought they would get annoying but they just blended it after a short while. I loved the animation too, again almost perfect for this type of game. An awesome job overall for graphics. The style of this game is without a doubt perfect, as i said earlier the fast paced action and graphics was refined in my opinion. It did seem similar to your other games, yet different in a good way. I loved the animating style and ive already explained why. The idea for the game is crazy, wacky, original and absolutely creative, and i must commend you for making something totally original. What else can i say, amazing style!! The sound was great too, there was a sound for everything i can think of, and that shows incredible effort. It really just completed and fine tuned the game and gave it the extra boost it needed for me to give a 10. Good violence, but no 9 or 10 here because it wasnt gruesome. Nice interactivity and humour too!

Overall i loved this game, and i think by the score you can tell why. This is your best game and i hope you continue to make great games in the near future. I need the action! Keep it up! 5/5

Woo! Fun game man!

At first glance i was worried it was going to be another space shooter like RaidenX(but a terrible one of course as it is one of the only good ones i have ever played), but i was pleased it turned out nothing liek a typical space shooter. The idea is fairly original, you do have different weapons to choose from and you have shields rather than lives. Well here is my review.

The graphics werent quite great but they were certainly good and they did the job. I liked all the little ships, but some different models could be useful and it would be cool if you could choose from a couple ships to be your own. The animation was good, until you fired the shock wave, then the frame rate really slowed down. The style was great in this game, as i said i was pleased this wasnt just another subpar space shooter. It was similar to some games ive played but some things such as the option to choose guns, and there being levels that progressivley get harder made it different. Its a simple addicting game, i dont even need to say anything else. The sound was cool, i liked the sound effects quite a bit. They werent the beautiful type rather simply cool,and you could almost say oldschool. Good interactivity for such a simple game.

Overall great game, i liked it and it appears many other people do as well. Make another game as good as this soon, i will definitely play it! Keep up the great work! 4/5

Wow, that was awesome! Such a fun game!

This was so creative, how did you come up with it we will never know, unless of couse you told us. But i mean really well done, this is maybe the most creative thing i have seen in the past few months. Not only was it that, it was very well done. I hope you can make more. Well since this was a great game i will give it a great review.

The graphics are hard to grade in this because most of it was real stuff, but the animation parts were only ok. Well i just loved how everything was put together for graphics, like when you got shot, you died with a large bullet hole though you. Its cool stuff! The style was easily the most impressive thing about this. I see you put a lot of effort into this, there were many different camera angles, pictures and stuff like that. Your idea was done almost perfectly with few or little lapses. There was a few different elements of gameplay inputted into this aswell, the shooter, and then just the "crimson room puzzle" type. The sound was cool, i liked the sound effects but i loved the music. Very well chosen and used quite effectively. Interactivity was awesome, it was fun to be able to click on so many real-life things. And then the humour which was great. Just a funny use of aliens and biscuits :D.

Overall i loved this and it put me into an even better mood than i was before. Well here is a 5/5 for your efforts, make more soon!!
