Cool cursors!

Well done, i actually really had fun with this game. The best thing is each cursor was at least mildly fun for at least a few seconds. Im glad i decided to check this out in the end. Without really knowing it, i though this game was one where you are trying to get a small dot to the end without getting him by one of the obstacles along the way. But this actually came out pretty fun, despite how i thought it would come out as. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were good, maybe not quite deserving an 8. When you put them as cursors and add in all the effects however, they definitely are worthy of at least an 8. Each cursor came out pretty smooth looking, while some were more simple than others obviously. A few too many clips had the same idea and general animation though, like coloured circles just bursting out. A few of them really stood out, they were fairly complex but remained smooth, like the bugs for example. The style was great too, while it was like the hit games Cursors and Desktops of the future, it was fairly creative as well as original. The cursors had a very different style to those that i remember from the Cursors of the Future game. Too many of them in this game werent quite different enough from each other though as i said before. But others partly made up for the similar ones, by being very unique and quite fun to use for a while. There were many cursors to be seen here, and in general the variety was very good. The sound was good, in a game like this you dont really need any sound, but the song you added was not only good, but it made the game seem more complete, and it shows just a little bit more effort.

Overall this was a great game, with many memorable cursors such as the bugs and snowflakes. I hope you can maybe make another game similar to this, or perhaps add a goal to your next submission. Anyways i liked this, i hope other people continue to give this good votes because it actually deserves it. Keep it up!

Woah, crazy fun game!

Very fun game man, im glad to see the real version of it submitted by the real author. The stolen one wasnt nearly as good as this for a few reasons, the dimensions were off in it, which helped us get a clue that it wasnt in fact stolen, and it didnt run very smoothly for me. But this one was very smooth the whole way through, even when the action started to get really intense and the bodies were piling up. Admittedly it wasnt totally original, because it did have its similarities to Alien Hominid as you know, but it was cool to see maybe a "modernized" version of it sort of. Well here is my review.

The graphics were VERY well done, i was close to giving them a 9, but then i really paid attention to the backgrounds which were obviously really well done. The characters were all well drawn, with a cool style that appeared to be quite unique. The detail in them were good, and the character design was quite good. You had a few interesting looking characters in the game. The backgrounds really finished off the mood well, they sort of had thay old times style, while looking quite good anyways. The lamps were one of the bigger reasons the backgrounds looked so well finished. The animation was smooth, and well done throughout. The style was awesome overall, the gameplay was like a modernized Alien Hominid, and hence very good. But since the gameplay was based on that, i couldnt give full points for originality though this was still very creative. You did take some familiar gameplay elements and changed them around for the best, new characters, idea, story, and overall feel. The presentation was great, very well done style of game, it wasnt too hard, but it didnt leave me wanting more after burning through the game my first try. The sound was awesome too, what i really liked here was the music, which i found fit the game perfectly, and left me smiling slightly, peaceful violin music while a battle rages on the streets! Cool sound effects with the guns and little voice clips inbetween made the all the sounds just great!

Overall this was an awesome game, with a good amount of violence and a tiny bit of humour, and of course wonderful redone gameplay. I wouldnt be too surprised to see this be in the top 50 for quite some time, and perhaps even surpass people's interests of Alien Hominid! Well great job, i hope to see more within the near future!

Heh, fun game guys!

Awesome work, you guys represent consistancy at its finest. You make multiple movies, in a fairly short amount of time compared to other authors and theyre all really well done, showing lots of effort and determination in a way. Truthfully, i have yet to be dissapointed by any of your submissions that ive seen, but i wouldnt quite consider myself a fan yet. I definitely will be soon if you can keep this up for a longer time. This submission was indeed different than your recent ones, because it was a game. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were awesome, they didnt quite live up to your last set of visuals in a Very Klunk xmas however, because simply there wasnt as much animation. Everything else was pretty much the same though, from the drawings to what ever animation you had. The drawings were very detailed again, and i always enjoy the facial expressions on your characters, usually theyre smiling, but in this case it was one really drunk klunk, and it did look pretty funny! The colours were all good again and the visuals as a whole were just great! The style was very good, in a game the style is pretty much how fun it is, and this was extremely amusing. I must have played roughly 5 or 6 times before reviewing it. But it really was an interesting game with fairly unique game mechanics, like the balancing itself or when your on the floor, you get more sober but lose score, and a few other little things made the game quite fun. The highscores didnt quite work for me though, i wonder how i did? The sound was cool too, for some reason i really enjoyed the song in the main menu, it was very cheery and fit the game somehow. The voice of the pub owner was funny too, and all the sounds just made the sound something worth listening too.

Overall this was an awesome game, with a set of game mechanics that come together to form a very fun game. Everything else was done well too, and its cool you actually used one of your familiar characters that people would definitely remember from your other recently submitted submission. Anyways please keep up the great work!

Cycon responds:

Thanks man! I appreciate a thorough review, not just some half-assed remarks like we tend to get on these. Thanks for putting some thought into it. I appreciate it. Granted, there are always things that can be better, (that has been my mentality forever) I think the game was pretty fun. Thanks for playing and stoppin' in!

Pretty good, but not the best.

Great collaboration guys, id expect something good as this from armor games, maybe even something better. The best thing about this collab was how each game was fairly consistant in terms of their quality, none of them were bad, but sadly none really stood out as being awesome. Each game was fun for at least a little while, but clearly some lasted a bit longer than others. It is a good way overall to say happy holidays to everyone, anyways here is my review.

The graphics were great overall. In each game they looked good, funny characters sometimes, nicely detailed for simple games and for the most part the animation was smooth and there was a good amount of it. In some of them id say there needed to be a bit more effort to make the game just a tad more amusing and for a longer time as well. The best and worst in terms of graphics were, Defend the North Pole and Santa Hurdles respectively. The style was nicely done as well. The idea of making a christmas themed collab using all games is pretty original from what ive seen, and you did this new idea justice for sure. The presentation was generally good too, but the thing i didnt like here was how most of the games were sort of based of other classic games with a "christmas" style added to them for example, Santa Hurdles and Late Night Delivery which was similar to Helicopter. Santas Sorter and Santas Cafe were closely related as well. The best in terms of style was either Eleves (similar to lemmings is it not) or Defend the north Pole, and the worst styled game in this collab is probably Present Shooter, for being like many other simple shooters i have played. The sound was great yet again, and for pretty much the same reasons as the others, some games had great sound, others had just good sound and there were even some others that maybe werent that good. But the quality was pretty good throughout. The best sounding game was Snow War, and the worst was present shooter for having only one simple gun sound effect, and it not even really being insync.

Overall this was a good collab because as a whole it was fun, even if some of the games werent all that good individually. But the effort was there for most of them so congrats on a fun set of games, and overall a very good collaboration. Keep it up guys!

Wow, really fun game Dan!

This game was incredible, it was so fun and innovative the whole way through. It was totally different than any other game i have played on the internet, except the game where you are a soldier yourself and have to destroy helicopters flying above you, and even to that this only had some similarities. But the whole feel to this is like no other game i have played, the whole look and style to it has surely never been done before, so you got a great advantage right from the start. Not only that, but every aspect was done extremely well. Here is my review.

The graphics were awesome, i was actually pretty close to giving them a 10, but they i compared them to some other things that youve done like Dad N' Me, and of course Alien Hominid. They ended up being worse that Dad N me's and a bit better than the original Alien' Hominids, so i gave it a rating inbetween. The drawings were awesome, just as id expect from you in terms of their quality and their style. The backgrounds were pretty good, while simple, they fit the whole feel to the game and helped add to it. And i can never get enough of your amazing character design, they always have your trademark style with them, and yet they always manage to be fresh and different with each one of your submissions. The animation was also really smooth throughout this game. The style was awesome too, first off, the idea was really cool and really creative as well. And the way it was all played out made this game even more worthwhile to play, i mean with the addicting element of sort of not being able to win. It was a great idea to make a terrain like this in which the objective is to basically make it there and back as many times as you can. The presentation was fantastic, cool visuals really added a lot to the final product. The sound was pretty good too, congrats to Glaiel for this. All the sound effects put together came out nicely, and it just made the game less serious, and more flat out fun. The interactivity was pretty much perfect in this game, you could do numerous different things, and yet the game mechanics remained simple. The key here was good programming in the end.

Overall this was an awesome game, the only reason i didnt give a 10 for the overall score is because it didnt go quite above and beyond of what i know you guys as a team are capable of. That doesnt mean you didnt put effort into it, because obviously there was a fair amount. Anyways i hope you can make another game very soon guys!

Wow, awesome game!

Very nicely done on this game, it is definitely one of the better games on this site i have played for a while, not because it had amazing visuals but the gameplay mixed with the briefing was a winning combination. Some aspects of this were admittedly simple, but they did well enough to make the player not worry about them too much, and they made the game fun anyways, and the best example of this would be the visuals. Either way you successfully made a good game, here is my review.

The graphics were ,as i said, pretty simple, but they did their job so im happy with that at least. The drawings were good, and some had pretty good detail as well. It would have been cool to see some other colours other than the blood though. The stick characters were done well for being sticks i guess, but in future submissions try and give them maybe a bit of facial structure, such as eyes and nose. The style of this game was pretty damn good despite not having a full animating style. The idea has been done before, in other sniper shooters on NG, but you definitely built on the idea of sniping off random enemies. You created a mission, and a plot, and gave each mission a different situation, and you also gave the missions a variety of in motion kills and standing ones. The sound was awesome too. For the music you used a very effectively loop, it fit the needs perfectly for a sniper type game. The gun shots were pretty good too, they sounded fairly realistic.
There was pretty good violence and interactivity in this as well.

Overall i loved this game, even with the simple animation this game came out near flawless, and it deserves a the high score that it has. I cant wait until number 2 comes out, im sure itll be even better than this one.Anyways i and many other people have high hopes for it, and based off this you wont dissapoint!

Pretty good man.

Pretty good game/tool. I wish there was a bit more complexity to it by the end, but it was good nonetheless. It was good overall, but there were definitely some things you could add in that would make it even better, and they arent very difficult to do. Such as little images to go along with soem insults, or even one or two music tracks. Either way it did its job, and that was to insult. Here is my review.

The graphics were good enough for a tool type game. Even so you could make them slightly better by adding in some different background options or something, just to keep the playability up. But the red background you had was cool, and even the font was well chosen. The style was good, but it almost seems as if you got an idea and went straight to it, rather then making alot of extra things to do. The idea was certainly original at least from what ive seen, and i think almostb everyone who tried this got at least a bit of fun or laughs out of it, i sure did. It basically did its job, nothing more nothing less. There wasnt any sound, you could resubmit a new version with music options or something, sound would spice it up a bit. The humour was great though, and made this tool what it really is. Some of my favourite ones that i got were Skanky Whorebag, Queer Jerkoff, Feeble Minded Dicklips, and Grungy Fuck Up.

Overall this was a good game that only did its job and nothing more. Id like to see a new version with some extra fun stuff put into it. Id also like to see more creative submissions like this from you in the future!

I'm making V2 right now - complete with music, sound effects, better interface... and a large file size :o

Thanks for the in-depth review - much appreciated :D

Amazing work man! One of the best!

Amazing game! Better than the other two in my opinion, though not in every way. As a game, Misson 3 was definitely the best out of the 3. But as a more memorable/cinematic experience, Misson 2 was the best. So basically it all depends on what kind of stuff you like, and personally i loved both styles! Another good thing about this one to start off, is that you kept the elements that made the last ones good and you built on them nicely. Not enough authors do that, but the great ones still do at least. Its always nice too see some aweome effort and a unique style of visuals in anything, and im pretty sure this had both. Here is my review.

The graphics were just amazing, they have been throughout the whole series thus far. They are really different than anything i have seen on the site, and in a game they are amongst the best graphics i have seen as well. The designs of the spaceships look fairly realistic, and im surprised you are actually able to make them look so real. I cant forget to mention they and the backrounds are just flat out cool. I loved how there were many moving ships in the backround as well. The detail was fantastic, probably the most detailed graphics in any game on the entire site! It ran smoothly for the most part when i turned the quality medium, i think you even improved on how good the quality can be without it lagging. The style was awesome except for one detail, i didnt particularily like how when you died you had to restart completely, it grew a tad frustrating, but by the end i saw why you did it that way. The style of animation was incredible, as i partially already stated earlier. The idea isnt all that original, but the sheer coolness of this makes it feel that way when your playing it. The difficulty level was pretty good, easier than the first harder than the second, basically a perfect balance. The shop was a great new idea, and just added that much more play ability. The final thing came out as cool as ever! The sound was awesome as well, it just didnt seem fluent in this. The songs would kind of stop as they got intense or as they picked up, and then start over. Other than that the sound was basically perfect. The quality was excellent, the sound effects were cool, the songs were chosen well as they fit the action happening on screen.

Overall this was an amazing game that i think everyone who played it could get a bit out of it, its also a game that id recommend to anyone looking for a new game to play. I hope you can continue this series on the same level or higher as the rest of the series. Please keep submitting your stuff and keep getting better!

Great game, out of control fun!!

Very nice game, yet again my Mausland entertainment. I have never been a huge fan of your style of games, but that style has sort of grown on me since i played Indian Outlaw, your best game in my opinion. This had everything your fans love, including the crazy action, out of control fun, and the addicting element as well. There were some things i would have dont a bit differently though, here is my review.

The graphics were great. They did everything they should do in one of your games. The DS and the hands looked pretty good. The actual onscreen stuff was cool as well. I liked the simple design of each area, because it was too complicated the game would be hard to play. The detail was sufficient, though it could have been better on things like the Ds or the hands. The game always ran smoothly, even with all the action going on. The style was awesome, i loved how you actually put it on a DS screen, and used the stylus to select different things. However using the DS screen also had its negative affects. To truely get your style through you needed to put lots of action on screen, like eveytime you got more fuel. But with the small screen all that stuff made it difficult to see sometimes. The sound was good, but i found there were actually too many sound effects playing at once to clearly here and enjoy each one.

Overall this was a good game, with lots to offer to your true fans. I hope you can make more games soon and keeping getting better at what you do best. Great work!

Another fun addicting game.

Great job on this, i certainly was pleased with it by the end. Everything was nicely done, even if they didnt really amaze me. I was fairly impressed with some things, and other things i found they were just good, nothing more. This game did have some cool elements that many people can enjoy, without spending a long time learning the controls. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were great in my opinion. I liked the whole silohuette idea that they had, but i have seen it before and now that style doesnt impress me as much as it did before. The character and enemy design was original, however. The colours were nicely done, and pretty stylish as well. They kind of reminded me of NG's main colours. And the animation was smooth, but kind of repetitive in a way. The style of this game was awesome, except of the silouhette style, because it isnt all that original. But the gameplay was awesome, i have seen some variations of it, but it has never been done this well from what i can remember. I loved the addicting element to this. The first time i played i did terrible, so i just had to beat my score! and i did this for almost half an hour. The sound was great, but the music didnt work, im not sure if it was just my comp or the game had a problem when i played it. But i felt there needed to be music either way. The sound effects were good, simplistic, but they sure fit in nicely.

Overall this was a great game. A solid recommendation for anyone looking for a new game to play on NG. I hope this isnt the last game of this high level that you make. Anyways keep up with the awesome work!
