[On The Moon (episode 2)]

Awesome, very nice work!

What else can you expect from the famous Weebl?! Well you can expect something, pretty random, humourous, unique, well animated and even memorable in some cases. This fit each one of those things, and more than those in fact. There is nothing you can hate about this really, unless you seriously despise randomness, and so far i have yet to meet someone who does. Well i am starting to really become a serious fan Weebl, with the release of magical trevor 3 and now this!! Here is my review.

The graphics were mighty impressive, as they always are with your stuff. And having some one to help could only make it better i suppose. The drawings were great, your drawings are always really nice, even without a massive amount of detail, i think this is thanks to your smooth, cartoony, loveable animating style. The colours are also kind of part of your animating style. Again they are very nice. The animation was very impressive, it was very smooth and seemed to fit with everything else about the visuals. You always capture the emotions and facial expressions nicely.
The style was awesome as well , i know you know now that i love your animating style, but thats not the only i liked about this. The idea is very random, yet well executed and presentated, by a host of quirky memorable characters. The overall feel to the movie was just great. The sound was also superb, mostly because of the voice acting, because nothing else really stuck in my mind. Wonderful expression in the voices guys! The humour was solid too, essentiel in a Weebl submission!

Overall this was an awesome movie in every way i can think of. I cant wait until episode 3 comes out, i hope it is longer than the first two. I hope you continue to be such a great artist Weebl, and PEABO, i expect to see more great submissions from you too!

Just so you know, Weebl and I write the cartoon (and maybe Skoo if he's awake at the time!), but I draw and animate it myself. You may notice it's a little different from Weebl's style.

[Jot + Jab Episode 2]

Simply great.

I really liked this movie, it didnt amaze me however. It was certainly worth a watch from anyone looking for a good movie to kill some time watching. The way everything was done in a slighty unorganised way, but it was still good, and easy to follow. It was definitely a different type of movie than you usually see on newgrounds, and i liked that about this movie. Well heres my review.

The graphics were good, not quite great. You have the basic skills of drawing, effective detail, colour, and obviously the actual animation. The drawings were drawn well, in a sort of cartoony way. But the detail wasnt the best it could have been, i mean it was decent, but try a little harder next time. The drawings were a bit rough too, work on those too if you can. The animation was good, you did a nice job oh showing the expressions and emotions. The style was great for a few reasons, i liked your animating style despite its unpolished look. It could be something you get to be known for later in your career, so dont change it! The idea is pretty good, fairly random but in a good way. Also i kind of enjoyed how it was a little bit of an interactive movie! The sound was great overall, nice sounds, very good voice acting, added a lot to the final product.

Overall this was a very nicely done movie, it didnt quite reach the amazing point, but it was good anyways. I hope you can continue to improve your skills, and submit another great movie to the portal soon!

[Royal Rumble II part 2]

Incredible!!

Awesome work again Nanoko Studios. You have become a truely formidable group of artists, if there is more than one of you. Either way i have steadily grown to like Nanoko more and more, especially since the last movie i saw from you, Renegades Chapter 1, that was my favourite submission for that month, and i voted it as number 1. It went in my favs as well, so you can see why i have such high hopes for the rest of your career. This movie did not dissapoint what so ever. It was awesome or even better in every way i can think of. Making two such great submissions back to back isnt an easy task. Here is my review.

The graphics were simply amazing, definitely good enough for a 10 in fact. They did have minimal noticable flaws. The drawings were awesome, better than the previous part from what i remember. The design of the characters seemed to be more complex and thought through. The detail also seemed improved in most cases. The detail in the weapons or swords wasnt all that great. There was almost none in fact, until they were actually being used in the fight against the giant. The grey colour throughout was effectively used, i mean it was used to help out the story and just looked cool. The backrounds were simply awesome, fine details more than most of the time. In terms of the animation it was awesome as well very smooth, and maybe it was even better than in Renegades! The style also really deserves a 10. The animating first of all seemed really complex, in other words there are many things about this that will tell you Nanoko Studios made it, see what im saying. The idea is not to complicated, but it does seem to have some thought. Even more so the presentation does have some thought. The superb animation accompanied by, a great story, and sound is a sure fire great flash. The story was all presented kind of in a big fight, but i love it for this reason. Well what else can i say about the style, it was absolutely perfect! The sound was awesome, sadly it wasnt quite good enough for a perfect 10. For one reason pretty much. There werent any sound effects, the highest i give for just a song is a 9. If you even had a few sound effects i could have easily given a 10. But the music was truely awesome, it fit the flash perfectly, it was epic and simply cool to listen to, not to mention good quality! I liked all the violence in this too, there was a lot, but not excessive or gruesome in any way.

Overall this was a superb movie, i have giving a lot of 10's recently because there have been a lot of awesome submissions recently as well, this one stands out as one of my favourites out of those. Congrats on another fantastic movie, dont make this the last one you ever make! One more this good and youre in my favourite authors!!

[Corporate Dummy]

Nice work.

This was without a doubt a good movie, but i dont think i quite understood all of it, maybe just because its late. Either way i had a bit of fun watching this movie, and some elements did have their impressive points. I would have done things differently if i had the skill to animate as well as you do. Well heres my review.

The graphics could possilby be the best things about this movie. The drawings were great, i loved the design of those dummies, i find they look cool/funny with suits on! The colours and drawings were smooth. And the animation could be described as smooth as well i guess. It was also somewhat funny a points. Maybe some more detail could be present. The style of this movie was good, not quite great. The animating style is nice, and the idea is definitely good too. Perhaps the presentation wasnt as good as it could have been, it was totally clear what was happening to me. And the legnth was not satisfying at all, movies have to be longer than that! The sound was good as well, the song was cool, and it sometimes fit with what was going on in the animation. Maybe if i understood the whole thing easily then the humour would have been scored higher.

Overall this was a great movie, it does deserve a weekly top 20 spot as well as a score above 4 as it has. I hope you can continue to show of your work to Newgrounds!

[Megaman Zero- The Last Cataclysm 2]

A easy 10.

This was awesome, better than the first from what i remember. Any flash like this with an awesome story accompanied by very impressive visuals, awesome sound and a very solid amount of violence. Its always extremely amusing to see people who try in every thing you can think of in a flash movie, not just the main elements. Well as i have said in the last few sprite movies i watched " Sprite animators are stepping it up these days." This is a great example of that, effort in every little thing. Its good to see sprite animations are being taken at least somewhat seriously. Well heres my review.

The graphics were awesome for sure. I was very close to giving a 10, for these but then i thought the characters didnt have really detailed movements, like Randy Solem's characters, and they didnt move a lot of the time while speaking. But other than that the graphics were basically perfect. Very good and cool sprite selections. The animation with them was always done smoothly. But i was impressed with the detail throught, the detail in the movements was alright but thats not what im talking about. I mean the characters and the backrounds were very nicely detailed throughout. The style was quite possilby the best part about this movie, for many reasons. With sprites it is tough to have a distinguishable animating style, but you have one that i personally cant explain. Maybe its the use of megman characters and the style of backrounds? Either way its great, and there is much more i was pleased with here. The story is incredible, to me a great story with an awesome presentation is very important in a flash, though it isnt an essential. Its just a BIG bonus, and helps out with the final score a fair bit. In this episode the story development was awesome, and the cliffhanger at the end, perfect way of getting people to come back and watch the following episode! The sound was awesome too. Maybe it was beacause you had tons of cool sound effects that fit each action perfectly. It could have been the very good use of music, and songs. Or it could very well be the impressive voice acting, i mean having Lucien Dodge on the cast cant go wrong. He is surely one of the best actors on NG! There was also a great amount of violence in this.

Overall this was an really good movie, desrving of a very good score and a front page spot for a while at least. It was truely impresssive in many ways and i hope you can continue this way with future episodes. Keep it up!

[Beyond Gaming RPG edition]

Great work, to most of you.

This was a great collaboration for sure, yet i liked the last Beyond Gaming better without a second thought. The other one was so great because of the fast paced fights scenes, with lots of creativity and effort. This one lacked some things that i liked about the last one, but in this one there were some things that also partially brought it back that the first one didnt have. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were very good overall, some movies didnt quite do it for me, but others more than made up for it. The drawings were all pretty good in general, with some points of fine detail. The colours were usually nicely done as well. Also for the most part the animation was good. Obviously some didnt impress me but what can you do. The style of this collab was great overall, the menu was awesome. The animating styles were generall very good, and i just like collabs because there are multiple animating styles to enjoy. This one didnt really have a great idea, i mean the RPG idea is a bit bland in flash usually. The characters are just standing still, while they select their attack. One thing i loved about the last one is how it was always fast paced. Also authors who arent willing to put effort into their movies shouldnt be allowed to participate, ie Sikes. The sound was awesome though, lots of nicely chosen music and some really cool sound effects as well.

Overall this was still a very nicely done collab, that is way above the average, next time only choose the good movies. Xionic, you are forever getting closer to my fav authors!

[Candy]

Very nice job!

I have loved your movies so far. I hope you can continue this way in the future. Well this particular movie was great for many reasons, and will explain everything later on. Its amazing how you can make such unique flash consistantly, most authors have trouble making scary flash like you do, you obviously have a talent most authors dont have in other words. Here is my review.

The graphics were awesome, as they usually are with your submissions. The drawings of absolutely everything are just great, because of the detail and its very effective use. Your animating style is awesome too, its smooth, but scary at the same time. All you have to know this is your submissions is too look at the little girl with the big, different sized, black eyes. I think people love your character design throughout each of your movies. The style was great as well, but maybe it wasnt quite the time for it. It would have been more effectively in the month of october. Still your great animating style was there, and your typical scary feel was there too, and people love that about your stuff i think. The idea was clever but now it seems a bit out of place. The sound was awesome too, you were right about the quality ot being the greatest, but everything else about sound was great. Nice sounds, and superb voice acting. Very nice choice of music too.

Overall this was an awesome movie with lots to like about it. I hope you can make another great movie soon, i cant wait to see more of those cool eyes! :D. Keep it up!

[PALADIN episode 3]

Quite good, without a doubt the best so far!

Awesome work man, i was truely impressed by each and every element in this. I was amazed at your fantastic presentation, beautiful story and complex backround story as well. Im sure its safe to say anyone will like this episode better than the others. And its good that you can kind of come in at episode 3, because it kind of explains everything you need to know anyways. It did have some slightly rough points but those were mighty easy to overlook as the impressive story telling kind of made them fade away. Well heres my review.

The graphics were awesome, but i didnt quite think they were perfect for a few reasons. The drawings were awesome, i love how you draw your characters, sort of with an aura, whether it be dark or heroic. I mean you knew the hero was a good guy just by looking at him, and same goes for the evil guy. The colours were very good too, here they werent quite perfect, i mean i wasnt a fan of the blue hair or anything. But you made it work :D. The backrounds werent all that detail, though they did have a solid amount. They looked good still, i mean they almost look like really nice sketches, especially in Fendhar's palace. This isnt a bad thing at all, just a unique way of doing things. The animation was 100% percent satisfying, it was great but work on movements a bit. The style was the best thing about this movie in my opinion. First your animating style has improved nicely since episode one. I always commend improvement. But this had almost nothing to do with your overall style. The presentation was fantastic, this is the kind of way professional movie intros are done, whether this was meant to be explaining the story or not. The story was truely well done and presented. The idea was just great, it has the epic feel to it without being corny in any way. Lots of flash these days try to have epic/dark storylines but they fail miserably. This would be a good example to show new artists of what a good storyline would be like. The sound was awesome too, good quality combined with superb voice acting, and wicked cool sound effects. The voice acting in this was awesome, especially the narrating one who fit everything perfectly. The sound effects were very good, you want your movie to feel like a real one in most cases, having manyu sound effects like you did really help to get that feel across.

Overall this was an awesome movie with tons of extra potential, i have a feeling this series will continuously get better and better. And i sure hope it does, and it becomes a much more famous series than it already is. Dont dissapoint in episode 4!

[Magical Trevor 3]

It is safe to say we all love Magical Trevor!!!

Way to go yet again Weebl, you have successfully created a wonderful new Magical Trevor cartoon. I really love that guy now, even more than ever before! Somehow, someway you manage to keep these awesome in every way, most important the "catchy" level of each is simply superb! I must admit this one wasnt quite as catchy because the beat isnt as memorable, but you definitely made up for it with other things such as the visuals, which i noticed were surely improved over the first 2 Magical Trevor's. Here is my review!

The graphics first off were quite good, and as i said better than the other cartoons. I was close to giving a 10 but the detail isnt quite what i would have liked it to be like. Other than that i loved the graphics. First off the drawings are awesome, you keep the same magical trevor feel to them in each, yet improving on some things at the same time. The colours are very good, maybe not wicked cool or anything, but they are bright and they are part of what makes these cartoons so enjoyable. The animation is just awesome as well. I love how everything is so smoothly done. And the rest of your animating style fits in with the actual "animation" style. The style of this movie and any other magical trevor cartoon is simply perfect without a single doubt. Weebl, you make by far the best loops i have seen on the site. And how often is it that you see such awesome loops, all in a row without one failure. Therefore good loops are rare, and greatly original. Not only that but you make each one migthy catchy while keeping them similar and different at the same time. Its also cool to see a familiar character each and every time. The style of song always varies but not to the point where it sounds entirely different than the others and that it remains totally recognizable. On top of all of that you got your awesome animating style!! The sound pretty much speakes for itself. It was just awesome, yet again. The song first off was really REALLY good, catchy, well put together and humourous, just like the other cartoons in this series. The quality is fantastic and that helps with the song being even more fun to listen to. Theres not much else i can say here, so once again great work on the sound!

Overall this was another awesome magical trevor cartoon and i hope this is not the last one you make. I need to see another one, sometime in the near future. I hope if you do make another that it will be as catchy, fun, and entertaining as the first 3 were. Fantastic job!
