Awesome and action-packed!

Awesome work on this movie, sprites do seem to be coming back yet again, and i hope it continues this way because im actually craving them a bit, having not seen good ones for a while. But this was truely impressive work, the movements were so smooth and always so varied that it must have takent you quite a while to finish this the way you did, effort evidently does goes a long long way when used by the right people, people with talent. Here is my review.

The graphics were the most impressive for sprites i have seen since Randy's last cartoon from what i recall. The sprites were well chosen, they looked pretty cool alone. Then when you animated with them the movements were very detailed throughout, they were always very smooth, and the framerate never dropped, even when the action got intense. The backgrounds were pretty cool too, they werent all that detailed but they didnt necessarily need to be at all when more than half the focus was on the action up close. The style was awesome, but not quite perfect because because of where you ended it, right in the middle of the battle. Next time you should put a pause during the battle, and then make it more of a cliffhanger. The idea is awesome, i love the whole action packed sort of movie, because truthfully there arent very many of those on NG. The presentation was awesome, with many different cool moves which always made it seem fresh. The sound was great too, but i didnt particularily like the use of the hitting sound effects so many times even though there probably isnt much of a choice.

Overall this was an awesome movie, with plenty of violence, action and really impressive visuals, the one main thing i would have done differently here is where you ended it, there was a bit more room for filesize so you could have ended it a bit later. Anyways great job, and i hope the next one will be as good as this!

Excellent! I was truely impressed!

Wow, amazing job on both of them. I was seriously left totally satisfied with both of them, but also wanting more of the same high quality. They were both fantastic, and i decided not to review both of them because the visuals, general style, and sound effects. So i am sort of reviewing both at once. I can use one word to summarize both of them at once though, and that is "Superb". There was nothing that id ask to be improved, to make the movie successful, because it was awesome in every aspect in my opinion, sure some could use a bit of work but for the most part all was great. This even had elements that you dont usually see in many flash movies, those i will mention later. Here is my review.

The graphics were definitely more than sufficient to be successful throughout both movies. The drawings were pretty good by themselves, they had a sonic style to them, yet with human like physical traits, and they had a cool mix of the two. The detail in them was pretty good too, again it made them look good in two ways. The colours were pretty good for the characters and for some backgrounds. The backgrounds did their job for the most part, but some of them lacked a whole professional look to them, for example when Tony's rival was describing where Tony's house was on the hill, they looked too simplistic there. The animation was also awesome in terms of being able to tell which movements were being done, but on occasion the animation lacked a bit of complexity, i mean sometimes the movements seemed to be simple or repeated tweens, for example when Tony was rolling to evade an attack. The style was basically perfect in my opinion, and certainly good enough for a 10. The animating style was pretty cool, again with the two different looks to the characters, sonic/human. The idea and the story that went along with it was just awesome. The story is actually one of this movies strongest elements, actually, and this is one of the things that many flash dont bother to have. But this is an example of how a well thought out story can be very useful in a great flash. The presentation was awesome too, not only because of the crazy good length, of 17 and 16 minutes respectively. I loved how there were many points in this where you thought the battle was over, but then they go through another powerup. While sometimes they got a bit repitive it constantly kept the story changing for the best. The sound was awesome too, effort is the key factor for this aspect in these movies cases. The voice acting was pretty good, though i felt sometimes the expressions were a bit off in terms of what the characters emotion should have been, like when someone was angry they said a witty comment instead of something else. Great sound effects throughout, they really added a lot to the final product.

Overall these movies had their moments, and while it did have some flaws those were easy to overlook when you sit back and just enjoy all the action and the story. I was truely impressed with each individual movie and both of them as one, and the length was incredible, 31 minutes total playing time shows alot of effort, whether you did it by yourself or with a small group of other people. Way to go! This is my first 10 since Dec 06!

Chris, my man, first off I'd like to say thank you! Not for the 10, but for the mature and well thought out review. (the 10 was just a bonus). People like you are why I make these movies! You've taken the time to look at every element of the flash, and for that I feel satisfied that my work was not in vein.

Thanks for the 10 and thanks for making NG a better place!

Ha! Another great one!

Way to go yet again, i have seriously loved this series so far. The first one was pretty funny, but what it lacked was a bit of interest with its visuals. The second one was my favourite probably, the visuals werent quite as good as they were in this one, but i found the humour to be more my style for the most part. This one was probably overall the most impressive in terms of its visuals, but the humour was just a tad less amusing for me than the previous episode. Here is my review.

The graphics were awesome, there was a period where there were many great animations using sprites, but recently good ones havent been coming in so frequently, so it was nice to see this. The characters looked good, and were always animated nicely with. It was a good idea to use that still clip, with the illegal dealing going on for a variety of different types of clips. Your custom sprites were pretty well done too, i got a kick out of the pink bathing suit! The style was great too, there have been mario bloopers done before, but your series is probably the best one i have seen. The style of humour was a bit different than in the last one, and i enjoyed the one before a bit more. The idea was still pretty clever, i mean the parts of the game you chose to make fun of, and the way you did it. Nothing in style dissapointed me all in all. The sound was awesome again, you did a lot of work it seems on the voice clips, for example Momma F*cker. The voice clips were always used effectively at points in which they fit perfectly. Good song choice too, they fit the movie pretty well.

Overall this was an awesome movie, which certainly lives up to the episode before it. I have high expectations for the next one, and so far it seems you wont dissapoint. I also have high hopes that the next one will be very funny, just like the ones before. Keep it up!!

Great job!

Very good job, there were only a select few scenes that could have been done differently, but usually they were interesting, well thought out, helped with the movie, or were just cool. I enjoyed myself quite a bit with most of the scenes, and this was really just an action packed movie, with other things such as cool visuals and great sound to offer. Theres nothing that makes it stand out, though it was original, and fairly creative, theres nothing else specific about this i can say here. So here is my review.

The graphics were great for a few reasons, the biggest one being the character design, which i found truely impressive. I found it interesting for you to be basing this entire thing off greek mythology, it made for some cool looking and memorable characters. The colours were really nice for the most part too, specifically in the scene with all the lava and the forces of hell marching out from a volcanoe. But in other scenes, such as when the soldier's soul was getting dragged downwards. The animation was pretty good most of the time too. The style was great for a few reasons as well, i enjoyed the idea of the forces of hell and heaven confronting each other, even if you took the idea from mythology, it was a good idea to turn it into flash. It was done well too in terms of its presentation, there was lots of action and some key characters that you didnt leave out. The sound was awesome too, this is now the second flash i have seen using Nightwish, and they both rocked. The song was perfect for this movie, and you animated to the lyrics quite nicely.

Overall this was a really good movie, that had pretty much everything you could ask for in a great flash, including violence for those who crave that. I say make many more movies, and dont make me wait too long, i am eager for another flash like this very soon! Keep it up!

Much better than the last one!

Nice job man, this is the kind of Space Jerks stuff that built up your fan base. It has all the elements done up to the best you have done before, and other things like humour and even a bit of violence were present. This one was a definite improvement over the last episode for basically every reason i can think of, other than plot development. I hope you can keep them coming this way! Here is my review.

The graphics were good, and they are getting better for sure. You seem to be putting in some slight effects in, like small shadows, shading on the characters and even small things such as light or darkness are getting shown betterthan before. If you keep them coming this way your rating for them, and overall rating will probably improve by quite a bit. The style was great in this episode, mainly because of the increase in humour and action. I really enjoyed that flight scene, it was well animated and definitely something new for the series. This basically had what a Space Jerks episode should have, keep them this way! The sound was great too, i love all the voices for the characters, and especially the new one and how you over exaggerate the raspiness of it.

Overall this was a funny episode, and this could possibly be the best one yet, and probably the funniest. Keep the series coming on a High note, and what episode are you planning to go until? Anyways great job on everything. (i couldnt help noticing 1337 kb :P)

Ooh! Fun for all!

Wonderful job on this movie and every aspect that has to do with it. This is one of the more original flash movies i have seen for a little while, new characters, idea, and just a different feel overall i think. Movies like this really tend to please me by the time they end, and for a few reasons. One, it seems they are totally new movies, with a whole new feel to it, and they also tend to be amusing to every who watches them. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were very close to getting a 9, but i found they didnt quite make it because of the repetitive use of some animations, maybe they werent actually repeating, but you made it appear this way. Other than that the drawings and certainly the style were awesome. The animating style was very good, it was simple in detail where it needed to be, and things such as the snowflakes had a bit more detail to make them stand out a bit. The colours were all pretty smooth, and the same goes for the animation. The style for the movie was truely awesome, and it was actually nearing perfect in my opinion. The animating style was only one of the factors that made the style as good as it is. The idea is pretty good, there are some things a bit similar to this, but since you made it about christmas and with a whole new pace, it seemed 100% original. The presentation was awesome too, the length was great, and the empasis you had on some objects definitely worked. The sound was again, awesome! I enjoyed the song and definitely the animation that went along with it, the song was a perfect choice for this type of movie!

Overall this was a really good movie, it can be fun to pretty much everyone who watches it the whole way through. To me it was very entertaining, and i hope it was to other people too, so you have motivation to make more movies! Keep up the great work!

Awesome man, very funny!

Way to go on this movie, you are definitely getting better as an author from the last few movies i have seen from you. Your humour has always been there too, and now it is more evident than ever having made your "own" movie. Yours fans would truely be pleased as am i as of now. This one had everything a good flash needs, including visuals, some sort of idea or story, and good sounds, this had all of that plus some extra things! Here is my review.

The visuals were great, nothing too amazing though, but they did more than what they had too. The character design was pretty good, kind of funny at some times, like with Snape in the backround. The colours and detail was all nicely done, they were definitely sufficient. And the logos for Potter's scar changed every new scene, but the looked pretty good for where they were, and the choices for those logos were pretty good too. The style was awesome in this, the idea is fairly simple, but there is definielty thought in it, which made it longer than most flash with simple ideas. I loved the presentation too, you really did a nice job of taking all the intimidation factor that Voldemort had. The sound was great too, again there wasnt too much to be very impressed by but it did its job almost perfectly. I enjoyed the voice acting quite a bit, especially Voldemort's voice.

Overall this was a great movie, that i think anyone who is at least somewhat familiar with the Harry Potter series can enjoy. Well i hope you can continue making movies as good as this, you sure do got a good career on NG. Keep it up!

Woah, what a message! Way to go!

This was awesome man, as far as flash standards go, aswell as actually teaching us something. I was very impressed with not only your animating talent, but with your talent to create a message that i have seen any of here before and doing it extremely well. The way you chose to make this message come to life was awesome, you made the characters pigs even, and i found that incredible that you actually made a link between people and pigs, and i must say after watching this that i totally agree. Here is my review.

The graphics were superb. There wasnt too much animation, but what you did have was pretty good and it was definitely effective in getting your message across. The drawings are what really impressed me here, for a few reasons. The biggest one being is how the pigs actually resembled people pretty well, maybe it was the clothes they were wearing. The detail was very good too, obviously you did put effort into that, the colours also did their job in your visuals. The style was just perfect though, fantastic message, idea, animating style and presentation, all was just awesome. The idea was very good, and it was actually important, and it probably got some people to think twice about some of the things you mentioned in this. The presentation was awesome too, i love how you sort of explained everything with words rather than just using pictures, i think it enabled everybody to better understand what you were trying to show. The sound was awesome too, by itself i would have given the song a 7 probably, but since you used it so effectively and it fit everything very well i have to give a 9 here.

Overall this was an awesome movie that definitely taught me about many things and also got me thinking about them too, its a shame so many people do this these days. Im responsible for wasting food, and i am actually trying to cut down on that. Anyways way to go, i cant wait to see another one of your submissions!

Wow, awesome changes!

This was amazing man, definitely the best one so far, even if the story didnt quite seem to be continued from previous episodes. You certainly succeeded with your changes to bring more interest into the series, there are many things that were definitely improved compared to them in last episodes. If the series continues like this for many future episodes, it could truely be one hell of a series, and im totally serious. I hope you can keep this great work up! Here is my review.

The graphics were awesome, and what an improvement from before. The suggestions i had in my other reviews seemed to be taken into account when making this. There was more actual animation, rather than more obvious tweening. The drawings seemed a bit better in terms of their proportions, colours and even detail. The animation was great though, there was still a bit of simple tweening going on for when the characters were walking, but there was also some pretty good movements. The style was awesome too, your animating style has been tuned in some areas and for the best. The idea was a little shaky, because there wasnt much dialogue concerning the story, but in the end it came through pretty well. The presentation was awesome, i loved the violence and action you had in this episode. The sound was awesome, but the quality worsened it a bit. There is room to improve the quality of your audio a bit. But the sounds themselves were great, and the songs added a whole lot to the mood!

Overall this was an awesome movie, worthy of a Daily Award for sure, i hope the series can keep going on such a high note, and as i said it could seriously be one of the better series in the past year. Anyways keep them coming, im truely awaiting the next one!

bumblebeetuna responds:

thanks for the thoughtful response and the great reveiw, can never have to much support

Amazing, simply fantastic!

This was awesome guys, i really enjoyed it. I would like to say congrats to each and everyone of you for producing such an amazing, heartfelt, and meaningful collaboration! This is without a doubt the best compilation of clips i have seen since the time where collabs would seemingly come out everyday. Even if all the artists werent mind blowing with their animation, they all managed to impress me at least a little bit, and they all managed to make this collab a true success in my opinion. This also started off on a very good note with a dark preloader, it kind of got me in the mood to hear the song right off the bat. Anyways here is my review.

The graphics were possibly the most impressive thing about this movie, and for more than one simple reason. The drawings were awesome, obviously in some clips they were better than others. The detail was always varied, some had a lot such as the very first clip, and others like Greedom's didnt have quite as much.
Some were more realstic, in terms of the characters' proportions and the colours, and others appealed to me in a more cartoony sort of way. In other words, you guys all had very different animating styles, and that is just one thing i enjoyed about this collab. The style definitely deserves a 10 in my opinion. Your many animating styles all came off as being almost like a breath of fresh air, but this was just one of the many factors that contributed here. The biggest one is the idea, making a collaboration based on the song Mad World, it is a great choice of song, and you guys did an amazing job of it too. The whole thing was pretty serious and heartfelt, just like the song, but there were a quick few clips which provided a bit of humour, and even those were good to break it up. The presentation was fantastic, these were some of the best animations to go along with the lyrics of the song, or probably the best i have seen. The sound was awesome too, i love the song, and it was just a good choice to animate to because of its lyrics. The quality was great as well.

Overall this was a fantastic collaboration with minimal flaws, which are easy to overlook when you look at how well everything else was done. Way to go to each and every one of you for an outstanding effort. This submission went in my favourites as soon as i had finished watching it, anyways please keep submitting your stuff, and keep working on everything!
