[The Risk Taken]

Cool, different then the other flash out there.

This was indeed cool, and as i said different than all the other submissions i have seen. Well it was great, great concept combined with some inetersting visuals and other things.

The graphics while they werent magnificently detailed, accompanied by amazing, smooth animationg, were good. First of this style that i have seen. The graphics kind of looked like computer symbols, and emoticons sometimes. They suit the idea perfectly in other words. The style of this was great, the originality helps out a lot. The idea and its presentation impressed me most out of anything else in this flash. The idea was cool, and a lot of it actually seemed to be based of real facts, whether they were or they werent the idea was awesome. The sound, while it was used pretty effectively didnt have much else to it. Just the song was good, and seemed to be chosen well.

Overall this was a really cool movie, i liked the way you made it seem like a conspriacy of some sort. Sorry if that doesnt make sense but thats what i felt. Anyways great work, i want to see more. 4/5

[Sanctuary]

Ohh, very cool!

This was extremely well done. This is one of those rare submissions that get you thinking after viewing it. The message isnt clear, because you dont explain it,but i think thats awesome because you really get me thinking about it afterwards that way.

The graphics were awesome at some points, mostly in the smoothness of the animation. The actual animation (ie moving limbs) could be a little improved, i noticed this on the walking at the start. The drawings were pretty good though, cool to look at, especially the skeletons. The backround while simple looked really coll in purple. The style of this movie was awesome. The animating style is great and the plot, while i didnt fully understand it was awesome because it really got me thinkin about it, the flash is still playing through my mind as type this review. Thats why the style is rated a 9. The sound was good despite it only coming from the songs. I would even like the music if it was playing by itself. But you used it pretty effectively, and that can be a very difficult thing to do. To use it effectively it really has to create a mood or feel.

Overall this was great, really great actually. I enjoyed myself watching that, and thats always important. Anyways i hope you can make more great flash soon! 4/5

[Shades of Grey Ep. 6]

Awesome! The best in the series!

Woohoo, its awesome to see yet another shades of grey episode. This series has steadily increased in greatness since the first one, and the scores are there to prove it. But really they have in my opinion as well.

The graphics are really cool, and they always have been in this series. There seem to be some 3D rendered graphics in there combined with some recognizable flash animation. Thats a really cool way to do things. Plus i liked the black and white style quite a bit. Again, its a different way to do things. The animation is really smooth, and very impressive to me. The overall style of this movie was also impressive to me, its unique. The combination of animating styles in this proved very helpful to the overall style. The whole idea and plot to this could use some fine adjustments here and there but nothing big. Plus there is progression through each episode, which shows you knew what you were doing before you began the series. The sound was quite good too. I really enjoyed the sound effects, they sounded almost realistic. The voice acting was superb though and thats the biggest reason why i gave sound a 9.

Anyways an awesome job overall, and im very glad to see this series steadily improve, this has become a famous series, and for a good reason. I hope i made sense in this review, i always try to help. I hope you found this helpful and leave a response if you can. I cant wait for the 7th! 5/5

Great work!

This was really well done, and i will say right off the bat i was very close to giving this a 5/5. This was really cool, a perfect way to try out some things, and yet make a great flash, totally opposite of those bad flash whose authors say "this is just a test".

The graphics were pretty good, i liked the backround but it wasnt the most detailed thing out there, also it was the only backround. Other than that the graphics were done very well. The characters were pretty cool, a little different than the usual character. The animation was smooth too, and with the graphics you made the ending intense. The style of this movie was awesome. Yes it was a test, but an awesome one and i think thats a first here on NG. Though 2 characters fighting each other to the death isnt an original idea, you did choose a good way to test things, and there were some small elements that made it seem original. The sound was great, the music you chose sticks in my mind, i like both those songs.(one i heard first here on NG, when i protected a movie) and the other song i here everywhere. This had humour too, the credits : ).

Well great job anyways, as i said i was very close to giving this a 5/5, but there were just some things that held me back. Keep up the great work! 4/5

I didn't realize that both pieces of music were so widely used, I'd never heard either in a flash before (I guess I don't watch as many as I thought.)

[Dream With No Fear]

Ohh, i liked it!

Really great job here, this was a different sort of flash, well you can expect that if it really came from a dream. This kind of thing cant usually be made up, without having some sort of unique inspiration, and in this case it was a dream.

The graphics were very cool and not only that, they were just plain well done. First, i loved the black and white style of everything a lot. It added to the mood quite a bit. I liked the special effects, and by effects i mean all the flickers of light and stuff. The character looked freaky, but in a good way. The animation was really smooth in this, almost surprisingly so. The style of this movie was also pretty well done. I liked the idea, but perhaps the message or "idea" wasnt clear. Then again i dont know if it was supposed to be clear. The sound was pretty good too, though it was just the song, you used it very effectively. It helped create the mood in a great way.

This was a really well done flash overall, i enjoyed it a bunch. Please have more dreams, i am in need of more great flash from dreams! 4/5

[Birthday card for Sarah]

The best birthday card i have seen.

Ok, i must say i would love to get something that nicely animated for my birthday, Sarah is lucky : ). Well even if this wasnt for a friend, i would have liked it. The graphics were superb, there just wasnt enough for me to give you a 10(ie it was too short). The detail in everything from the characters to, the backrounds was awesome. Wonderful style too, actually putting effort into a birthday card like this. Theres no way she could have hated it. The sound added a bit to this. perhaps it played too quietly but i liked it.

Really a job very well done. Make a full length animation with graphics like these and ill be sure to review it! 4/5

[Decline of Video Gaming 3]

Oh my god! This was hella awesome!!!

Now my question to you guys is, how do you pwn so badly? I mean wow this was awesome, i cant critique, and everthing that this was suppose to have was done unbelieveably well. (ie this doesnt have violence or much intereactivity.) Ok really, by far the best in the series, maybe not as joke packed as some things out there, but funny as hell none the less.

The graphics, i must say were durastically improved over the previous episodes! I was amazed when i saw the first bit of animation, it was so smooth, and it was different than what you guys usually do. The new character designs were awesome, and the whole new graphical style was awesome. Is it just me or did you guys put a lot more effort in your graphics? Everything seemed to have more detail, and the animation was really smooth. Just awesome work here!

The style of this entire submission has also been improved over the previous episodes in my opinion. It seems you put a lot more effort in this aspect as well. Well not only has your animating style gotten much better, but the feel and presentation to the movie have also been improved. I liked how everything was done in terms of making it more like a TV show. Maybe the jokes werent as numerous, but that didnt take away from the final product at all, you brought it up stronger than previous epiosdes even with less jokes. Anyways wicked awesome style too!

Again the sound has been really improved over the previous installments, or it could very well be that i was watching this with headphones :P. Anyways the voice acting was superb, really great expression in each voice, and each character sounded almost totally different. The sound effects were awesome too, so many it really seemed professional. Anyways the sound really added a lot to the overall viewing experience.

Humour was unbelieveable, as it usually is with the awesome series. I found myself laughing at almost all the jokes, and if not smiling.

Overall i think i expressed how i feel about this movie. The best one in the series so far in my opinion. I really hope this all made sense, i try my best. Anyways keep them coming, i need to see another one. Oh and this was added to my favourite submissions

[A Boys Revenge]

Heck of a job!

After watching this, i know you took the recent London terrorists attacks seriously, and its always good to see people who really about something important. Anyways thats not why i liked the flash but it really added on to the final product.

The graphics were good, maybe a little work on the actual animation could be done, as some parts seemed a bit awkward. But the drawings were good, and the violence was prettty well animated. I liked how the guns looked, and i also liked the setting. The style was very good, but a few minor adjustments to your animating style would be useful. The idea is great, i explained that earlier. I mean showing how you feel about terrorists. Its creatively presented. The sound was great, mostly because of its effective use. Great choice of music and great sound effects. The violence was like wow! in this.

Overall a very heart felt flash it seems, i dont think i have ever said that before. Anyways great job!! 4/5

[Dark Seat Comfort]

Ohh, great stuff!

That was a really great movie, it had anything i need in a movie with a feel like this to it. This whole movie was very well done, i have very few critiques for this one.

The graphics were great, other than the animation which wasnt as smooth as id like it to be. The drawings were smooth however, and there was a certain charm to them. The backrounds were cool, i like what you did with them a lot! Your animating style was fresh and original. Your overall style for this movie was very good, and not just because of your animating style. The presentation was awesome! Well i read that you said you dont feel the need to explain, and after watching this i agree with you. It made this that much better, not knowing exactly what the whole thing meant. The sound was great too, however it was only songs. But the songs were used so effectively to create the mood.

Well an awesome job overall, and this being only your second submission is really impressive. I hope you can make more stuff this great in the near future! 4/5

[MGS: TAS Episode 1]

Funny, and random.

Good job on this. This is one of those submissions i just cant hate because of the presentation and because of the fun i had watching this. It wasnt just fun to watch, but it was well done too.

The graphics, while they were a little crude were really fun to look at. They were great sometimes actually! I just loved how you draw your people, its extremely creative and original. The animation had its moments in this. The style was great, a big part of this is because of your awesome animating style, its so funny! The idea is somewhat creative, but your presentation on it was really good. It was so wacky sometimes, it gave the whole movie a certain charm that i really enjoyed. The sound was good, but it only came from the voice acting. The acting was pretty good, but thats all there was. There were none or almost no sound effects in this, there was the music however, which i did enjoy. The humour came from the wacky nature of this!

Overall this was well done, as i said it was one of those things that i cant help but like. Anyways keep em coming. 4/5
